Returns and Exchanges

Of course we hope it doesn't happen, but if your order was damaged or if you're just plain unhappy with it, we are happy to accept returns for store credit.

The buyer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault and notifying us within 7 working days of receiving the goods should there be a fault.  Final sale items are not returnable. For your return to be valid, it has to be mailed back within 14 working days of notifying us of the return.

A credit will be issued upon the receipt of your item. The credit will be valid for 30 days and is strictly non-refundable nor extendable. You may utilize the Credit Note on any item (including Sale merchandise). Credit issued can only be used in a single transaction and any balance amount will not be refunded.

  • To initiate a return, please start by going to our returns center.
  • Your item must be unused, with any tags attached, and in the original packaging. For sanitary reasons, swimsuits, hats/caps, and socks aren't returnable.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping to Out Came the Sun, which is non-refundable. We suggest mailing with a tracking number, so that you have delivery confirmation.
